How do I return the product?
Did you order the wrong article or are you not satisfied with the product then you have the possibility to return the article.

Attention!
Due to vacations from 4-11april  we would like to ask you to return your package on april 11.
During this period there will be no one available to accept parcels. The return period is simply extended. 
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Print the return form below, fill it out and send it back to us with the products that you want to return. (No printer, then write down on a sheet the requested data)

Good to know
* The return shipment is for your own account. There are only sufficient stamped shipments accepted.
* We want to make someone else happy with the items so we receive the products in the original packaging with attached labels and NO dog hair.
* The article must be returned with all accessories supplied.
* Exchanging is easy by placing a new order. So you know whether the item is still available
* If your carrier does not deliver to PO Box address, please contact us for an alternative address.
* Return packages where no return form or note is attached with data from whom it comes, we can not handle because we do not know who sends it back.

Received damaged or wrong product 
If you have received a damaged or wrong product Jules hondenboetiek will exchange it for the correct product free of charge. The costs of returning the product are therefore at the expense of Jules hondenboetiek. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail info@juleshondenboetiek.nl.

I have entered a wrong delivery address! 
Did you accidentally give the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the adress for you.

Your rights to return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning from your home to the store is for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to Jules hondenboetiek be returned. To make use of this right, you can contact us via info@juleshondenboetiek.nl. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. Treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returned.

How to exchange
Exchanging is easy by placing a new order. So you know immediately if the item is still available.

Custom product
A product that has been custom-made according to the specifications you entered cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is final after successful payment.
