Ordering in our webshop is very easy.
First place the desired products in the shopping basket.
* You can choose to pay quickly and directly or log in to your account so that your details are filled in automatically.
* This information we need to deliver your package to your desired address or to contact you if we have any questions. You can also indicate whether you want the package to be delivered to a different address than your home address.
* Select the desired shipping method.
* Choose the desired payment method.
* Check your order and then agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. (Optionally you can also subscribe to our newsletter but that is not required) When you agree you will be redirected to our payment provider.
When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive an email from us with an order confirmation.
When we dispatch your order, you will also receive an email confirming this.
You will receive a separate email from Post NL with Track & Trace to follow your package.
It is therefore very important that you enter the correct email address.
Frequently asked questions
I mistakenly entered incorrect information when ordering, What now?
The responsibility for entering a correct shipping address lies with the customer. Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Then please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order. If this is not noticed and passed on before the order is shipped, there will be a cost for a new shipment to the correct address.
I did not receive a confirmation email, how is that possible?
Our webshop automatically sends you an email with the order summary immediately after your order is confirmed. If you do not receive this email, in most cases it is due to an incorrectly completed email address. Please let us know by EMAIL.
Hotmail, outlook and Live sometimes put our mails in the spambox. To be sure, check your spam box to see if our order confirmation is there. You can then mark the email as not spam.
I ordered something but on second thought I want to cancel, what now?
If your order has already been dispatched we cannot retrieve and cancel it.
However, you can always send the products back to us. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right you can contact us at info@juleshondenboetiek.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.
