*Free shipping for orders over €50 for Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

Delivery

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If this happens for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible. 

* We ship with PostNL.

* Once we have offered your package to the postal company, you will receive a link with Track & Trace number of the package company so you can follow the package yourself.
* If you are not at home when the package is delivered, then your package (depending on the postal company) delivered to the neighbors or you can pick up at the pickup location.
Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee the time of delivery.
*Delivery takes place via the letter carrier or parcel delivery service of Post NL.
 In general, delivery for The Netherlands  will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
*Delays in delivery can happen. Always check the link you received through the mail to see the current status. If your package is still not delivered after 5 working days, please contact us. 
*The tracking mail from post.nl is our guideline whether a package has been delivered and when it has been delivered. 
* The listed prices do not include shipping costs.
